Personal Weekly Reports

The fourth week started with the “Building Needs” workshop in the BlackSwan space. In the opportunity, we developed techniques to increase the investigation process of exploring solutions for the opportunities raised in GD1. We explore points such as collecting information and incidents. In “Concept Map”, we explore the problems we interpret the symptoms, causes and needs, idealize solutions, evolutions and prototypes. Web Ethnography was also explored: gathering information about the person, the tribes, their dynamics; incidences such as classification, qualification; their pains and their hopes.

We also had a moment of interaction between the researchers with the breakfast executed by TEAM2. In the occasion, we interact on the different cultural of the researchers related to dances, customs, foods and etc. In the afternoon we had a special meeting with Tiina Koskiranta, coach and developer and startups ecosystems, where we learned a lot about the techniques of teamwork, coaching and efficient project development. An odd opportunity, personally speaking.

Throughout the week, the personas, the opportunities, elaborated new questionnaires to the public of the city of Santo Amaro, etc. were discussed. From the perspective of project development techniques, we are in the week of divergences. However, we are well supported by the organization of the team especially when we talk about meeting the deadlines for delivering personal tasks within the group.
